Barry Worthington's new micro-short film, Ceiling Work, has become a Quarter-Finalist at the Los Angeles Film Awards.
The film was shot, edited, completed, and given a surprise-release, about a month ago, and in that time earned this accolade and became an Official Selection at LAFA.
The news comes off the heels of Worthington's previous short film, Lures from the Light, earned both the "Best Narrative Short" and the top accolade of "Best of Show" at the Pinnacle Film Awards. Worthington is also in the middle of pre-production for his first feature film, and has routinely been making sketches, behind-the-scenes videos, interactive media, and videos to engage viewers.
Ceiling Work is Barry Worthington's 13th short film made through Limitless Films, LLC since 2010, and this is the 156th accolade, award, and honor Barry Worthington's films have earned since 2010. Ceiling Work is his first vertically-made short film, and was entirely improvised. He describes it as a drama / sci-fi / horror / and comedy with bits of action.
